Here are a couple of things to note before you start using essential oils for diffusers.

+You need a Fine Mist Diffuser

These diffusers operate with a small amount of distilled water and a few drops of essential oils. Note: Cold air diffusers ranges vary, with most around 250 feet. So if you are trying to diffuse your bedroom and living room, most likely you will need two diffusers. [you choose one in the premium starter kits, my favorite is the Desert Mist]

+You need Essential Oils for Diffusers

(If you are new to essential oils, here is how I use them in my everyday life and why I chose Young Living here)

+Diffuser recipes use anywhere between 5 – 12 drops of oil

Most don’t have to be EXACT so if you add an extra drop of something you don’t have to start over or pour it out.

+Some recipes have several variations It’s not that one recipe is better or worse than another, it’s that each person’s body chemistry is different and each oil can react differently. There are also oils that have MANY different uses so one can be used for easing you to sleep and helping clean. Feel free to experiment to find the one that works for you.

  1. I love your pumpkin spice recipe and want to try the clean house combo! YL oils are my favorite, and from the names of your oils, it sounds like you like the company too!

  2. All of these sound lovely!! I tried essential oils before but putting them in a diffuser is not something that I thought of doing!
